Refund & Return Policy

At Street Jersey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. To exercise this right, the product must show no signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

To initiate the process, please contact us at support@streetjersey.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Exchanges for Defects or Sizing

  • Manufacturing Defect: We offer a 30 (thirty) calendar day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt. If you identify a defect, please contact us immediately with photos or videos demonstrating the issue.

  • Size Exchange: Your first size exchange is on us. You have up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt to request an exchange. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the desired new size.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must not have been washed or show any signs of use, sweat, or odors.

  • The product must be returned with all original tags attached.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Withdrawal and Defects: Shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal (within 7 days) or manufacturing defects (within 30 days) are the responsibility of Street Jersey.

  • Size Exchange: The cost of shipping the product back to us for the first size exchange is covered by us.

Important Note on Digital Products: As per your instruction for digital goods, this policy applies exclusively to physical products. For any digital products that may be sold, because they are for immediate consumption upon download, there are no refunds. The installation tutorial is located in the site's download file.
